American Properties Realty Announces July 26 Exotic Car Tour ...

July 26. The tour entitles the winner to compare the performances and handling of five world-class supercars, including the Ferrari F430, the Lamborghini Murcielago, the Audi R8, the Aston Martin DB9 and the Lamborghini Gallardo in a five-hour, 120-mile public road course.

One of the cars featured in the “Wind & Fire Tour” -- the Aston Martin DB9 Coupe -- will be on display during the Bellaire event.

“We thought such a raffle would appeal to prospective buyers because these incredible automobiles reflect the same commitment to exquisite design and unparalleled luxury that is demonstrated at Bellaire,” said Paul Csik, senior vice president for sales and marketing at Iselin, N.J.-based American. “The cars are the automotive equivalent of this incredible condominium community, which is quite simply the finest that New Jersey has to offer.”

The French Chateau-style townhomes at the elegant gated community are geared toward a sophisticated clientele, offering a lifestyle rivaling any in the region. The setting, which offers wooded and golf course views, is spectacular, and the architecture, designed by award-winning architect Robert E. Zampolin, sets a benchmark for elegance and good taste. Closings can take place within 30 days, providing the added convenience of immediate occupancy.

All of the homes at Bellaire have three levels and feature a magnificent entry foyer with a soaring 24-foot domed ceiling, an elegant custom elliptical staircase, a wood-paneled private elevator and a mahogany library. Gourmet kitchens feature state-of-the-art Viking appliances and classically designed wood cabinetry in a variety of finishes. Select homes also come equipped with a home theater.

The tour sponsor, Vulcan Motor Club, brings together thrilling performance and exclusive access in a time-sharing arrangement for a select fleet of the world’s most prestigious high-performance and luxury vehicles. Founded in 2007, the club operates clubhouses in New Jersey and Long Island. Vulcan Motor Club plans to open additional membership centers in metropolitan markets around the country.

For the lucky winner of the raffle, the tour will start at Vulcan’s private clubhouse, where participants will receive an overview of each vehicle and a review of the tour route. Then participants will pilot the vehicles through some of the region’s most scenic and demanding roads. The cars will be rotated at designated checkpoints, which are located every approximately 20 miles.

At the end of the tour, participants will have the opportunity to review their experiences with their fellow enthusiasts. The will also receive a commemorative photo.

Participants in the Sunday event will have the opportunity to view the homes at Bellaire, where only seven of the original 34 exquisite homes are still available at prices ranging from $1,698,000 to $1,898,000 for 6,000 square feet of living space. The variety of designs at Bellaire includes homes with lower-level family rooms with bluestone patios for casual dining and entertaining.

“This is the last opportunity for buyers to live in the most luxurious and prestigious townhome community ever built in Bergen County -- or for that matter the region,” Csik said. “Bellaire appeals to the kind of sophisticated buyers who admire the fabulous construction quality and seek out the comfort and security that come from living in a gated community in a private setting.”

Set amid the rolling hills and wooded surroundings of the charming town of Demarest, one of the state’s most prestigious and desirable addresses, Bellaire is also just a short drive from the George Washington Bridge and the Lincoln Tunnel.

The development features a beautifully furnished model that offers buyers the chance to experience the Bellaire lifestyle firsthand.

The Bellaire Information Center is located at 214 Bellaire Drive in Demarest. It is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays and by appointment only on weekdays.
