Aston Martin LMV/R By Elite

'Elite' Aston gets carbon bits...
'Elite' Aston gets carbon bits...Ever wished that Aston Martin made a Scud or Superleggera version of their V8 Vantage? To be fair, Aston would probably be delighted to indulge your every whim via the Aston Works Service department in Newport Pagnell, but that hasnt stopped a US firm offering their own take on the concept.

Enter the Aston Martin LMV/R or Le Mans Vantage Racer, a heavily reworked custom job that Florida based Elite intends to sell to 30 individualists for a not inconsequential $194,000 on top of the cost of a new Vantage.

...and a $194k price hike
...and a $194k price hikeThe LMV/R package so far only seen in these renderings released by Elite consists of a carbon fibre body kit including new front bumper, 2ins wider wheel arches, side skirts, side panels, carbon rear wing and diffuser, plus 20ins matte black alloys on lower and stiffened suspension, plus an alcantara interior.

Elite also proposes carbon fibre trimmings in the cockpit and under the bonnet, and an undisclosed power upgrade via a modified ECU, sports headers and cats.

According to Elites press release, theyre looking for an Aston dealer in the US to be the exclusive vendor for the 30 cars they want to convert.
