Gaydon / Nürburgring,. From this week Aston Martin enthusiasts will have yet another exciting place to experience their favourite car brand, when the British marque opens its first dedicated merchandising shop worldwide; The Aston Martin Store Nürburgring.
The new flagship retail outlet forms part of the exciting renovations currently being made to the Nürburgring to create a year-round leisure and business centre, offering a new shopping experience for Aston Martin owners and enthusiasts. The Aston Martin Store Nürburgring is the company’s first dedicated merchandise outlet, supplementing the existing online store available at www.astonmartin.com.
Dr Ulrich Bez, Aston Martin Chief Executive said: “This great race track, that is so rich in history, is the perfect testing ground for our new cars and home to the Aston Martin Test Centre. It has also been the stage of numerous racing achievements in the past years, with our new V12 Vantage just being the most recent class winner at the 37th Nürburgring 24 Hours race 2009.”
“During every visit to the Nürburgring we have experienced tremendous support from fans who have shown a great affection for our brand. We hope that the opening of the Aston Martin store here at the Nürburgring will offer these supporters of our company a chance to get a little closer to the brand.”
The Aston Martin Store Nürburgring will be located in the heart of the ‘Grand Ring Boulevard’ consisting of more than 20 shops dedicated to car brands and motor sports. Covering 240 square metres the Aston Martin store will offer for sale the entire Aston Martin Collection, including fashion items for men, ladies and children, accessories, luggage, luxury gifts or the Aston Martin 007 Range. The store will also offer team wear and other items of both the Aston Martin Racing collection and its main sponsor Hackett, London and Aston Martin model cars made by Minichamps, Germany.
The Aston Martin Store Nürburgring will be open daily from 10.00 to 18.00 hrs from Thursday 9th July.
