Having had one of the best build-ups to a motor show we've seen in recent years, the Geneva Motor Show has finally opened its doors to members of the press giving us the opportunity to bring you the biggest stories at this years famous Swiss auto fest (while also enjoying a nice trip to Switzerland). Key world debuts in Geneva are those of the Audi A1 supermini (pictured) and the Aston Martin Cygnet, both cars that have been major talking points for the past couple of years and which are finally making first appearances on the world stage. Legendary sports car marque Porsche is also grabbing its fair share of the headlines courtesy of the Porsche 918 Spyder Hybrid, 2011 Cayenne, 911 Turbo S and V6-engine Panamera, all of which are being revealed in Geneva. Meanwhile, Nissan's SUV for the supermini segment, the Juke, has made its world debut at this year's show. The renaissance of French car design continues at the Geneva Palexpo convention centre with the appearance of the Citroen DS3 Racing, the Peugeot 5 concept, and the dinky but cool Renault Wind convertible a car that can drop its top in a mere 12 seconds. Trs bien! We could go on about the number of great cars showing their front ends for the first time at the Salon International de l'Auto, but that would just be spoiling the surprise for you.
